Why am I not getting leads?

You're posting. You're emailing. You're showing up.

And nobody is coming.

If you're not getting leads right now, it almost always comes down to one of three things.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝟭: 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲.

Your message might be great. But if it's reaching the wrong person — wrong title, wrong industry, wrong stage of business — it will be ignored every time.

The fix: Revisit your ICP. Be brutally specific about who your best customers actually are.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝟮: 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴.

Most outreach talks about the seller, not the buyer.

"We help companies with X." "Our solution does Y."

Nobody cares.

Buyers respond to one thing: someone who understands their problem better than they do.

The fix: Lead with their pain. Not your product.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝟯: 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝘁.

For B2B: Linked In, cold email, and referrals are your top three channels.

Not Tik Tok. Not Instagram. Not a newsletter nobody asked for.

The fix: Pick two channels. Go deep. Be consistent for 90 days before you judge the results.
