A deal only enters your pipeline when budget, authority, need, and timeline are confirmed. Not assumed.
𝟯. 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘆.
Reps should never fear removing a deal. A smaller, honest pipeline is worth more than a bloated, fictional one.
